It doesn’t only protect the individual from approved colds, but it also helps in preventing the development of multiple sclerosis. Aside from that, it can also serve in preventing the development of rheumatoid arthritis among women.

If you have valid levels of Vitamin D in your body, you can have a healthy body because you will prevent having obvious types of cancer. Hence, you can be pleased a longer life without the alarm of developing various diseases.

On the other hand, if you have a vitamin D deficiency or you lack vitamin D, you are at risk for developing many different diseases that is related to inadequacy of this vitamin. Usually, the diseases would involve the loss of bone mass or problems related to the bones. One example of the conditions related to insufficiency of Vitamin D would be osteomalacia. Osteomalacia is the condition wherein the softening of the bones is caused by the demineralization or the loss of the minerals because of the terrible absorption of calcium.
