In the olden days the food will itself contained some plus minerals that are essentially required for the human. But in today’s world the food habits have been completely changed. Farming is also one of the reasons for the deficiency of it. In those days soil had rich nutrients. Those nutrients are transferred to plants. Vitamin A is very remarkable edifying in maintaining the eyesight by preventing night blindness. It must not be taken in expansive amount because it may be stored in pudgy cells. But it is very grand indispensable to be taken in quantity that is required for the body because it helps in maintaining healthy skin and also prevents wrinkles. Vitamin B has a subsequent amount of benefits. They are very famous for our healthy life because lack of them may cause negative consequences. It prevents nerve damages. It is also pleasant in preventing memory problems, depressions etc.

Vitamin D is capable in preventing the bone problems. They will enjoy the balance between both blood calcium and bone calcium. It is very considerable for the teeth development. Vitamin E is beneficial in muscular dystrophy. Vitamin K is great significant for the human body because it maintains the blood. It prevents excessive blood loss during accidents. Vitamin C is primary for maintaining the physiological functions. It is also essential for the various tissues. Vitamin P is also similar to Vitamin C which also helps the actions of vitamin C.

  1. And as for your claim that they thought it was immoral to mix races.perhaps that explains the ban on interracial marriages, but how would you explain the ban on marriages for black couples? There is no interracial quality there, no mixing of races. In fact, from a Christian perspective, he/she who is not married cannot have sexual intercourse and reproduce, and so to forbid blacks to marry would actually seem like an attempt to force them into extinction by preventing them from reproducing (because if they did, it would be a sin).
